Club Duathlon this Saturday

Hi everyone, I know we usually have a cycle on saturday after the swim but this saturday welcomes the first race of the Duathlon Series. It is on at 11:00 in the Heath in Port Laoise. Remember, there is a cup with someone's name to go on it by the end of the season. There is 6 Duathlon races altogether and it is worked on a points system.
