This triathlon is on on the 20th June this year in Dunmore East. It is open for 16yr olds upwards. The distance is 750m sea swim, 20km bike and 7-8km run. If anyone is interested in this, please send me an email to sinead@trilogy.ie. I will be able to pass on your details then to the club president.
