Will you all download the application form from the 'News' section and fill it out for me? I'll collect them of you next Saturday and finally, can you all rejoin Triathlon Ireland. The address for this is www.triathlonireland.com . Click on the 'Membership' tap on the left hand side of the website and then click on '2009 Membership'. The cost of this is €1 and you will need your Triathlon Ireland number which you had from last year. I'll be posting up times for swim and run distances over the next couple of days.
