Training for Saturday 15th

Hi gang. This Saturday is the beginning of the Winter training program. We will be starting at 09:30 so this gives you plenty of time to change into warm clothing and dry your hair after your swim.
We will be doing a 10min warm up followed by a small 20min circuit and then going out for a short cycle. Please make sure to bring your bike and helmet. No helmet = no cycle. Also have a bottle of water. See you all there, Sinead.
