Training 13th Dec

Hi guys. Again I unfortunately won't be around this Saturday. I won't be getting home from work until 10:30am. What I had planned for you this week was interval hill running. Jog up to Carrick wood and turn right into the wood. You all know the long hill? Run up this hill at a good pace and time yourselves. Walk back down and run up again, trying to keep within the same time limit. Do this 5 times. Enjoy training and I'll see you soon.
